Hey All,

I hope you had a pleasant week despite the somewhat anxiety-provoking atmosphere that seems to be prevalent these days. Here, I offer you a beautiful escape through the ancestral wisdom that has so much to teach us! Without further ado, let's dive into the subject that concerns me today and yes, I am passionate about sharing because I am here to serve you with all humility!I love nature, there is something magical in this creative energy, something that calls us to stop for a moment to contemplate its beauty and meditate on its teachings. Have you ever taken the time to observe an ant? Or simply to stop for even a second to understand the cycle of life?Every element of nature, whether it is an ant going about its daily business, a bee foraging to produce honey, or other offers us a valuable lesson to learnToday, I invite you to dive into a captivating reflection through a poignant metaphor: that of the frog who did not know that he was cooked.

This story, taken from the book "The Frog Who Didn't Know It Was Cooked... and Other Life Lessons" by Olivier Clerc, had a profound impact on my vision of the world, and I am convinced that it will also resonate in YOU.

In this modern jungle where we live, it sometimes seems that human beings have lost track of ancient teachings. We then find ourselves like this frog, floating peacefully in slowly heating water. Without even realizing it, we become accustomed to the increasing heat, until we are trapped in a critical situation, unable to react in time.

But then, you ask me, what does this frog story consist of? Imagine a frog placed in a pot of cold water, where it swims peacefully. Everything seems normal. Then, the fire is lit under the pot, and the water begins to heat slowly.

The frog doesn't feel anything unusual at first. It gradually adapts to the rising temperature, until the water reaches a point where it is too late to react. And oops, she finds herself cooked, without even realizing the imminent danger that awaited her, sad story...

This parable offers us a powerful image of how we can sometimes find ourselves trapped in tricky situations without even being aware of it. Life's challenges can intensify, leaving us unable to respond effectively, and we find ourselves perplexed, wondering the famous 'what if I had thought about it' and 'what if...' We are not perfect, and fortunately ! Our role is to understand ourselves so as not to fall into repetitive traps.

And better, I would say that the key lies in awareness and the ability to recognize the warning signs of problematic situations.

By carefully observing our environment and observing ourselves, while remaining connected to our sensations, we can better anticipate future challenges and take steps to overcome them...

This book, imbued with wisdom and optimism, is a precious companion on our inner journey. It offers us and me the opportunity to reflect on our own journeys and to draw from its pages valuable lessons for navigating the sometimes tumultuous waters of life!

Let us never forget that, even in the face of the most difficult challenges, we have within us the strength and resilience necessary to face adversity with courage and determination. I know you can do it because you are part of my community of Queen or King!

I hope this story touched you as much as it touched me, and see you soon!

With all my Affection,

Moon, 🌙
