Today, it's with great enthusiasm that we plunge together into the intoxicating world of sport, that veritable magic potion of dopamine, serotonin and much more...
Why, you may ask, do we trade our quiet moments for effort? sweat, and sometimes pain? Because sport, my friends, transcends the simple secretion of endorphins; for me it's an injection of life, a revelation of our inner strength and so much more!!!!
Imagine sport as an enchanted potion, an experience that transcends the limits of the physical to touch our souls.
Every movement, every effort, is an invitation to release that cascade of happy hormones, to bring forth dopamine and serotonin, to lift our spirits and reveal the warrior within us.In this dynamic universe, every sporting discipline becomes a rare nugget, an inexhaustible source of positivity. Sport, much more than a simple physical activity, is a dance with our limits, a celebration of our infinite potential.
Sport, my friends, is a living symphony, an experience that goes beyond stadiums and fields. It connects us to our essence, releases inner energy, and creates an atmosphere of victory and well-being. Every workout becomes a journey towards healing, a constant exploration of our inner strength.
Acknowledging vulnerability, celebrating those moments when life puts me to the test. As a passionate sportswoman, I found myself faced with my own fragility, with karate, my passion, hampered by injury. The idea of an operation has always aroused fears in me.

Let me be clear : yes, as an athlete, there are times when it's harder with my injury, but I've never let that fragility dictate my trajectory. nor have I let an opportunity to play sport pass me by, because it's my unquenchable source of energy and passion to excel... Ever since I was young, I've been inspired by Bruce Lee and karate 🥋remains a spark ...
Let me share a personal note with you. I used to practice karate, an adventure shattered by a ruptured ligament in my left knee! The idea of an operation has always inspired a certain apprehension in me, a legitimate fear I hate hospitals my mom stayed too long but I'll have the opportunity to mention it later...
As a parent, I encouraged my children to explore the world of sport. From judo to swimming, from horse-riding to basketball, from dance, they embraced a multitude of disciplines. Today, they continue with ju-jitsu, perpetuating their love of sport, a vibrant family tradition.
In these sometimes tumultuous times, let's remember that sport is our ally, an adventure ready to release those neurotransmitters and brighten up our daily lives to live better, healthier lives - isn't that our goal ?
Join me on this sporting odyssey, feel the pulsating energy, and let every movement be a living pulse in the exceptional adventure of our lives.
Sincerely,
Moon,🌙
