Dear friends,



I'm grateful to life for allowing me to go on a journey of deep inner work, a self-exploration that has revealed and equipped me to face the world with resilience and stoicism. We are undoubtedly living in an era marked by the strange, a troubled time when uncertainty and doubt seem to reign supreme. In this whirlwind of emotions, I often wonder: have we, as humanity, forgotten our connection with the Divine? Perhaps this is one of the reasons for the global crisis we are experiencing. As I look at our mental health, despite technological advances, I realise how crucial it is to reconnect with the basics: healthy breathing, a balanced diet and regular physical activity.


But most of all, it's essential to nourish our soul. Today I want to shake you up, remind you that your life is precious, that it's not just a rough draft but a masterpiece in the making.



I realise that for many, it's easy to assume that luck has been on my side in life. However, these people cannot understand the intense battles I have fought since childhood. The challenges, traumas of adolescence and trials of adulthood have shaped the person I am today. But in the midst of these storms, there is one experience that has left an indelible mark on my life : the tragic loss of my mother when I was just 20 years old. It was a devastating ordeal, but over time I learnt to turn that pain into strength.

Rather than allowing myself to be overwhelmed by grief, I chose to draw on this experience for profound resilience.



The loss of my mother has strengthened my determination to live life to the full, to honour her memory by becoming the best version of myself.


Every day I carry with me the lessons she taught me, reminding me of the fragility of life and the importance of cherishing every moment...

So, my friends, life is often like a tumultuous storm, but in the midst of this tumult there is one reassuring constant: the presence of God. We may go through all sorts of trials, losing many things along the way, but the connection with the Divine, the creative force, remains unalterable. Yes, I'm spiritual, and if you only knew the extent of that connection...

As I was saying, to move forward in life, to heal and grow, it's a constant struggle to heal our deepest wounds.

But every day is a blessing, a new opportunity to be inspired, to show the way, to move forward. This is the spirit in which I invite you to join me on a fascinating journey to the heart of


CARDIAC COHERENCE. A doctor friend of mine introduced me to this technique 5 years ago. To sum up briefly, cardiac coherence is much more than a simple conscious breathing technique. It is a way of synchronising our heartbeat with our breathing, a key to achieving a state of calm and inner harmony. Originating in Eastern meditative traditions, this age-old practice has been scientifically validated for its many benefits to our mental, emotional and physical well-being.

Cardiac coherence is like a breathing method that helps to calm the mind and body. It's like taking a quiet break, breathing deeply, inhaling through the nose and exhaling through the mouth, to feel more relaxed.

It's a simple technique that helps us regain our inner balance. Personally, I've incorporated this practice into my daily life thanks to an application on my smartphone, a meditation application that helps us to focus on our breath to relax and also to succeed in letting go.


By taking a few minutes each day to disconnect myself from the external hustle and bustle and reconnect with my inner self, especially at the moment with all the sad news, humanity is in a very bad way!
