My Dear Friends,

Here we are back, ready for our daily meeting, between souls who recognize each other and move forward together in this human growth. The difference is really great, because you are already one of a kind and you dare to be yourself without seeking validation from anyone! Great introduction to self-confidence!

Today I wanted to share a story I heard early in my wilderness that has so much meaning to help you in your quest. This is a truly incredible personality in Idriss Abderkane, who inspires me with his intelligence, his curiosity and his desire to share his knowledge for a better world. Without further ado, let’s dive in!

This is a timeless parable of the Elephant and the Rope! This fascinating story offers us a profound lesson about the power of faith and how our beliefs can shape our reality. Imagine a majestic elephant, symbol of strength and power, yet hampered by a simple cord attached to its leg.

Why doesn't this impressive animal free itself easily? Let me tell you the story. At a circus, a passerby suddenly stopped, confused to see these enormous creatures held by a simple rope attached to their front leg. No chains, no cages.

It was obvious that the elephants could, at any moment, break free from the ropes to which they were tied, but for some reason they did not do so. The passerby saw a trainer nearby and asked why these beautiful and magnificent animals stood there without even trying to escape. Their response was surprising. When they are very young and much smaller we use ropes of the same size to tie them up and at this age it is enough to hold them. As they grow up, they are conditioned to believe that they cannot part with it. They believe that the rope can always hold them, so they never try to free themselves.

Like elephants, how many of us go through life believing we can't do anything, simply because we've failed before? How many of us are held back by old, outdated beliefs that no longer serve us? How many of us have avoided trying something new because of a limiting belief? Worse yet, how many of us are held back by someone else's limiting beliefs?

The answer lies in our past. From a young age, we have been conditioned, mentally locked into believing that certain things are impossible. This story reminds us that our thoughts and beliefs can become our biggest obstacles. The lesson is clear: dare to question your limiting beliefs and free yourself from the chains that hold you back. Have faith in your potential and your ability to achieve great things.

I invite you to close your eyes for a moment and connect to the power of our beliefs and their influence on our lives. Imagine yourself as this legendary elephant in the parable, bound by invisible chains forged by our own thoughts. These beliefs, inherited from our past and remaining deep within us, have the power to hold us back, like anchors in an infinite ocean of opportunities. But by realizing these connections, we can break the chains that hold us back and embrace the freedom to realize our full potential!

It is an inner journey, an exploration of our deep self, to discover the chains that hinder us and break them one by one. Take a moment to think about these limiting beliefs that might be holding you back. What is stopping you from achieving your dreams? What negative thoughts inhabit you and slow you down? Identify them with honesty and courage. Your attempt may fail, but never skip an attempt. Now imagine yourself free from these chains, free from all limitations.

Visualize yourself accomplishing your most audacious, craziest goals! the most incredible people living lives filled with success, happiness, growth and fulfillment. You hold the power to change your beliefs and transform your reality. Up to you ! you can do it I believe in you!

“We are locked in prisons of beliefs and conditioning, but the keys to freedom are inside us.” -Ralph Smart
