Dear Friends,
How have you been since the last issue? Today I invite you to delve into the fascinating depths of the energies that weave the fabric of our existence. Everyone's talking about energy, but what does it actually mean, without sounding too far-fetched or esoteric

Did you know that the word 'energy' comes from the ancient Greek 'energeia'? Yes, it's a word that means "activity" or "force in action". So when we talk about energy, we're actually talking about the force that enables us to move, think and even feel emotions! It's a bit like a superpower that drives us. When we run, jump or dance, it's thanks to our energy. And even when we're thinking hard or feeling happy, it's still our energy that's at work. So energy is like our invisible best friend, accompanying us everywhere and helping us to live each moment to the full!

Continuing our subject, when we stop to contemplate the world around us, we can feel a subtle pulsation, an incessant flow of energy that circulates through every living thing, every rock, every breath of wind. It's this energy that animates our bodies, enlightens our minds and nourishes our souls... For me, what's essential in life is to live intensely between body and soul. As soon as you understand the mechanism of energies, it's just wouaaaaaaaaaa!
Alaaaaa, if you only knew how enthusiastic I am about sharing with you what life has taught me so that you too can be so happy! I'm spreading myself too thin again lol...
As usual, but you're at ease, we're just kool here for a moment to understand our environment.

So I'll carry on, I think you already know what Albert Einstein himself emphasised this interconnection of energies when he said: "Everything is energy and that's all there is to understand. Vibrate energy at the frequency you want and you will get the reality you want." This quote reminds us that all forms of energy, whether feminine or masculine, physical or emotional, mental or spiritual, are interconnected and interdependent.
By exploring these different facets of energy, we discover the infinite richness of the Universe in which we live. We realise that we are all manifestations of this universal energy, ephemeral reflections of a wider and deeper reality...
And as we continue our journey through the mysteries of energy, let's remember our indissoluble link with all that exists. Let's remember that we are all threads woven into the great web of life, that we are all connected to each other by the invisible threads of energy.

It's fascinating to see how our passion for certain cultures can influence our understanding of energies. Personally, I'm also passionate about samurai culture and the culture of the Land of the Rising Sun. But vision
an ancient concept in Chinese philosophy, offers us a profound perspective on these energies.
Yin represents feminine energy, characterised by receptivity, intuition, sensitivity and gentleness. It is the energy of the moon, of water, of interiority. Yang, on the other hand, embodies masculine energy, characterised by action, strength and manifestation. It is the energy of the sun, of fire, of the exterior. Together
Yin and Yang form a dynamic balance, an infinite dance of complementarity and harmony... It's up to us to develop this balance.
A secret between you and me: although I've been more oriented towards the Yang side in action, life has presented me with challenges that have pushed me to work on my Yin side, especially the creativity part. I must admit that I've had a hard time with procrastination, a word that wasn't part of my programme!
And you, which pole do you feel most dominated by?
I'll finish by saying that I hope this journey through energies inspires and fills you with wonder, just like those special moments we experience throughout our lives... That deep connection with nature, no matter where I am.
Whether in the middle of my garden, with my curious chickens happily pecking at the ground, in the desert, where every grain of sand seems to whisper age-old secrets, or by the sea, where the waves dance in harmony with the wind, every moment is a revelation, a celebration of life and its infinite mysteries.

May you also find such enriching and inspiring connections in your own journey. God's power is everywhere between earth and heaven, everything above and below.
May each of you be blessed with flourishing health and infinite love. Always remember your uniqueness and importance in this world.
Together, let us join forces to raise our frequencies and vibrations to energies of love, peace and hope, creating a better future for all! A better humanity!
Fraternally,
Moon, 🌙
