I attended an emotional live event by the incredible M. Moundir Zniber, a luminous soul who deeply touched me. Through my conversation with one of his supporters, I was inspired to address a topic that is close to my heart: the famous art of letting go!
I must admit that it has not been easy for me to let go, but life has challenged me time and time again. We are all passengers on this great journey of life, and while we would sometimes like to feel in control of our destiny, the reality is often unpredictable. We are constantly faced with unexpected challenges that can put us under pressure. It is natural to want to control everything to feel safe, but this only adds anxiety and stress.
That is why it is essential to learn to accept that some things are beyond our control and to fully live each moment of life without worrying about what will happen next. Letting go is one of the most difficult but also most rewarding choices we can make in life...
It is a courageous decision that requires patience and perseverance to release expectations and controls. In fact, letting go is accepting that things don't always happen as we want them to, but they always happen as they should. It is about focusing on the present moment and detaching from anything that is beyond our control, as we do not control the outside but only our inside, the life lesson I have learned...
Furthermore, letting go does not mean that we have to give up our dreams and aspirations, but rather focus on what we can control and let the Universe, God take care of the rest, have faith that the best is there for us. It is an invitation to freedom, a way of living without being attached to material things or society's expectations.
It takes great inner strength to be able to accept things as they are, without trying to change or control them. It may seem scary, but it is only by doing so that we can find the inner peace and happiness we seek, it is a whole process of inner healing even if it is a lifelong work but today this duality within myself is more fluid.
We could imagine letting go as sticking our head out of a window of a speeding train. We feel the wind in our hair, we see the scenery passing before our eyes, and we know that we can't do anything to slow down time. But it is precisely this that makes the journey even more exciting and full of surprises, good or bad!
I encourage you with all my heart to try to relax and release yourself from anything that holds you captive. It is not easy, but it can help you find the inner peace and happiness you are looking for. So take a deep breath, let go of your worries and fears, and enjoy every moment of your life!!!
With Love,
M∞N ✨
